  • Not in the traditional sense. We don’t sell packages or hand work off between teams. Clients work directly with the operators building and running their systems.

  • Digital Edge works best with operators and business owners who care about clarity—where money is going, what’s working, and how to improve it. Most clients are running live events, e-commerce, or service-driven businesses.

  • We don’t resell software or push off-the-shelf tools. We build and operate custom systems designed around how your business actually works.

    Those systems are purpose-built for each engagement and are maintained by Digital Edge. Clients pay for access to, and use of, the systems as part of the work—so they stay reliable, current, and properly operated.

  • No. We start with what you already have. The goal is to clean it up, connect it properly, and make it easier to understand—not replace everything.

  • Ads are just one part of the system. We focus on what happens before and after the click—tracking, follow-up, and repeat exposure—so demand builds instead of resetting every campaign.

  • Once scope is defined, work moves directly into execution. There’s no delay between planning and doing.

  • By clarity and movement. You should be able to see where traffic comes from, what converts, and where to focus next. If that isn’t visible, the system isn’t finished.

  • It can be, but it doesn’t have to be. Some clients need systems built and handed off. Others keep us involved to operate and improve them over time.
